Jonathan Hull & Son
Bespoke Motorcycles

Clean, elegant design with simplicity at its core.

Jonathan Hull builds high quality, modern classic, custom motorcycles. His builds are based on the key philosophies of the original Café Racer community of the mid 20th century. "If it doesn't make the bike go fast, stop fast or legal, it's gone!"  Jonathan's bikes are minimalist in design with distinct classic features while underneath, they utilise the very latest technologies.

The Motorist

The Northman in the North

On return from the Bike Shed London Show, Jonathan wanted to exhibit The Northman in Yorkshire. He chose the perfect venue for high end motors of all kinds. The Motorist is located in Sherburn only a few miles from Pontefract where Jonathan is based.

"Hayley and the team were fantastic and it was such a pleasure to show the Northman  to Yorkshire in such a fine venue."

Bike Shed London Show 2022

The Northman Travels South

Jonathan was honoured to have his 1978 Honda CB550 Four-K Café Racer build 'The Northman' accepted into the Professional Invitational category of this years' Bike Shed London Show. This is the biggest and most important show of the year for high end, custom motorcycles and the Professional Invitational category attracts the very best builders from all over the world.

The Northman was very well received and was sighted by many as being one of the highlights of this years show.

"What an amazing event it was and an absolute privilege to be featured alongside so many of the worlds top builders."
